1. Service
GTE Ops is a management platform for Gorilla Tag leagues. It lets Discord server owners register their league and manage brackets, scrims, rosters and results through a bot and a web dashboard.
2. Account and authentication
Authentication is handled through Discord OAuth2. By registering a league you declare that you are the owner of the Discord server you provide. Server ownership is verified automatically through the Discord API.
3. Fair use
Registering third-party leagues, tampering with votes or the database, or using the platform for unlawful activity is prohibited. GTE Ops reserves the right to remove leagues, votes or content that violates these terms without notice.
4. Votes (Hall of League)
Only one vote per Discord account per league is allowed. GTE Ops reserves the right to void fraudulent votes (bots, multiple accounts, manipulated voting).
5. Discord member data
When you sync a league with the bot, the platform stores the usernames, avatars and roles of server members solely to manage rosters and transaction logs. Data is never sold or shared with third parties.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the platform or the bot.
7. Changes to the terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted implies acceptance of the new terms.
